Why I Created the 11-Step Methodology
A couple of years ago was when I first realized that I felt weighed down by the life I was living.
2019 was a very transformative year in my life, and amid major life changes and challenges, I started exploring ways to improve my habits and lifestyle to free myself from the consistent heaviness that I was feeling. During this process of self-discovery and alignment, I paid close attention to the reconstructed daily habits, processes, and products that earned a spot in my life, allowing me to feel more like myself.
Thus, ‘The Suuprah Way’ was born. The Suuprah Way is a lifestyle assessment methodology, toolkit, and program that is designed for intentional self-realization, love, healing, and alignment.Through 11 steps, it becomes possible to unveil your inner wisdom and pursue a more radiant life.
